The canteen provides a full-board service, obligatory if you are staying in one of our hostels, optional if you are camping. CST provides regional cuisine consisting of fresh seasonal produce. Fruit and vegetables are sourced from local producers, while meat is supplied by farms practising sustainable agriculture (Swiss Prime Gourmet brand). As far as possible, CST uses sustainable and/or organic products and supports fair trade.

We would ask you to respect the times stated above and let the catering administration know of any changes in your plans at least 24 hours before the meal concerned.
From April to September guests on full board can book a barbecue down by the lake. This costs an additional CHF 5 per person. We provide a selection of meats and vegetarian alternatives, three types of salad, and bread. Paper plates and plastic cutlery are also provided. Please confirm the date of your barbecue when you check in.
Spaghetti-fest every Wednesday
Every Wednesday between 6 p.m. and 8.30 p.m., the canteen puts on a spaghetti-fest with different sauces and a salad buffet. For groups with a full-board arrangement, the spaghetti-fest is included in the overall price; for other guests, it costs CHF 12 per person. Booking must be made by Monday evening ar reception.
