National Youth Sports Centre Tenero CST

The CST offers 180 different sports facilities, including two triple-section sports halls, a sports hall for artistic gymnastics, full-size football patches, a swimming pool and a diving pool, open-air and indoor athletics complex, weight-lifting rooms and a water sports centre.

Over 60 different sports activities can be practised at the CST. The range includes indoor and outdoor disciplines, individual and team sports, sand activities and water disciplines.

The CST offers outstanding facilities and services for elite sports. The offering is intended for national and regional sports federations as well as for teams and individual athletes.

The CST offers a 400-seat cafeteria. Groups staying at the camp have access to kitchens and dining areas which they can use to cook their own meals.

CST offers its guests all the facilities and services they need for a successful stay.

The Federal Office of Sport (FOSPO) uses the Andermatt facilities for its snowsports training courses. These facilities are also suitable for training stays in numerous sports disciplines throughout the year.

Twice a year, over 500 talented Swiss athletes undergo a week of intensive training at the CST. This is a unique opportunity for promising young athletes to make sporting and personal progress.

This is the day held in September to promote physical activity. Sports clubs in the region offer young people and adults the chance to try out new sports disciplines. Sunday, 13 September 2026 will see the twentieth edition of Sportissima: an important anniversary to celebrate together!

Science and Technology Days present innovations in the field of sports research. Sportech is intended pupils attending lower- and upper-secondary schools, both academic and vocational.

An excellent opportunity for groups wishing to acquire initial knowledge of the Italian language during their stay in Tenero.
