Disc golf
Disc golf is a version of golf played with a frisbee instead of a ball. Players make their way around a course with targets located at strategic points. The course normally consists of 9 or 18 "holes". Distances range from 60 to 150 metres. Starting from the tee, the players aim to hit the target with as few "shots" (i.e. throws of the frisbee) as possible. Disc golf is therefore played exclusively out of doors in a natural environment.

Offering
CST has a 9-hole course running round the perimeter of the Centre. Players are allowed to use smaller, more rigid discs than the normal kind of frisbee.
Disc golf is an exciting activity and a great way to explore CST.
