Barbecues
From April to October, CST guests can book a barbecue by the lake or at the grottino behind the Gottardo building.
We provide a selection of meat and vegetarian options, three types of salad, bread and dessert. Disposable crockery and cutlery are provided. The barbecue can be booked directly when you book your stay or event.
The cost of the barbecue is:
- CHF 6.50 for guests on full board
- CHF 21.50 for guests not on full board
Once you have finished, we would ask you to clean up and leave the barbecue tidy. Please use the special bin bag provided by the kitchen to dispose of your rubbish. Make sure you close it before putting it into the appropriate containers on site.
