Meals for campsite guests
Guests staying at the campsite can choose between full board in the CST canteen and self-catering. For groups that self-cater, the CST provides a fully equipped kitchen based on the number of participants.
The group leader is responsible for food safety, the implementation of the HACCP system, and compliance with the food legislation and regulations in force in the Canton of Ticino. The CST accepts no responsibility for the quality of food prepared by those who cook for themselves.

Final cleaning
The group is responsible for cleaning the kitchen. If the group wishes to have the CST carry out the final cleaning, a charge of CHF 350 will be made for each kitchen. The group leader must request this service when submitting the final details.
Purchases outside the CST
Purchases made outside the centre must be paid for directly to the supplier.
The course leader provides external suppliers with the information they need to access the campsite and deliver goods to the group’s kitchen (A1, A8, C1, C8).
