Hostels
The CST has 270 beds spread across three facilities. The hostels are open all year round. At Sasso Rosso and Casa Ospiti, the showers and toilets are located on each floor (Standard-Hotel), whilst the Swiss National Hostel has en-suite facilities in every room (Sport-Hotel).
Room availability
As a general rule, rooms are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Each group will be given access badges at Reception, which allow access to the accommodation during the night (from 10 pm to 7 am).
Please make up your bed using the sheets and pillowcases provided in the rooms. You must bring your own towel. The floors in the rooms are cleaned on Wednesday mornings.
Alcune regole
- Do not enter the accommodation wearing football boots or inline skates.
- Do not use skateboards or scooters inside the buildings.
- Do not move the furniture in the rooms.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic drinks are prohibited in the accommodation.
- Do not hang sports clothing out to dry at the window; please use the designated drying racks instead.
- Do not sit on window sills or balconies.
- Please observe the quiet hours from 10.30 pm to 6.30 am.
- Please vacate the rooms and bathrooms between 9 am and 11 am to allow for daily cleaning.
Check-out
Rooms and bathroom facilities must be vacated by 8.30 am on the day of departure.
Before you set off, please:
1. Remove the bed linen from the beds
Sasso Rosso: place the bed linen in the chute next to the lift.
Dono Nazionale Svizzero and Casa Ospiti: place the bed linen in the grey bin on the floor.
2. Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins, separating PET, paper, glass, tins and plastic. Their locations are marked on the map.
3. Give the floor a rough clean (cleaning materials are provided).
4. Collect any litter around the accommodation building and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.
On the day of arrival, we will arrange a time with the group leader to inspect the accommodation before departure; any damage will be charged. Lost badges will be charged (CHF 30). If necessary, groups departing after 8.30 am may request a space to store their luggage temporarily.
Sasso Rosso
The Sasso Rosso hostel has several rooms with 4 ad 2 beds with lake views. The beds have pillows and duvets. Sanitary facilities (shower and lavatory facilities) are located on each floor. Double rooms have a television.

Dono nazionale svizzero
The Dono nazionale svizzero accomodation is located near the swimming pool. It features double and quaduple rooms with bathroom. A recreation room is located on each floor.

The beds have pillows and duvets. The small lounge on the 2nd floor has a television and sofas.
