Piedmontese athletes train in Tenero
In recent days, the CST welcomed a group of young athletes from Turin’s leading athletics club. The Safatletica Piemonte delegation included Elisa Calzolari, who was recently crowned U20 world champion with Italy’s 4 x 100 m relay team.
The athletes followed a training programme tailored to this stage of the season, combining track sessions, throwing practice and strength training. The camp gave them the opportunity to prepare for their upcoming competitions and train in a professional environment.
