CST has several nine-seater minibuses, which can be hired for CHF 60 per half-day.  

Rules

• CST vehicles can only be hired out to sports organisations staying at CST and cannot be hired out to private individuals.
• The chosen vehicle should be booked in writing as early as possible, and no later than seven days prior to the requested date.
• The driver must:
  A. Have a valid driving licence.
  B. Be at least 25 years old.
  C. Show the planned route when collecting the vehicle.
  Please note that all of the aforementioned criteria must be met.
• We recommend that the driver take out third-party liability insurance for driving third-party vehicles.
• Reserved vehicles will be invoiced unless the booking is cancelled in writing at least five days in advance.
• Child seats are mandatory for children under the age of 12 or smaller than 150 cm. Child seats can be requested on collection of the vehicle.
• Vehicles should be collected from and returned to CST's "officina” as follows:
  A. Times: During office hours where possible, i.e. 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. This means that we can guarantee a fast and efficient service. Weekend vehicle hire can be agreed on an individual basis.
  B. Essential documents: driving licence. 
  C. Vehicle condition: The vehicle will undergo a visual inspection by a CST employee before and after use.
  D. A handover report will then be drawn up and signed.
• Fuel is included in the hire cost for one-day excursions in Ticino. In all other cases, the vehicle is handed over with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
• Vehicles may be driven out of the country, however this must be mentioned during the booking process as this requires the written permission of the CST management.
• Drivers who wish to use a trailer (for canoes, bikes, etc.) will require a driving licence with additional category "E" authorization.
• In exceptional cases, the hire period can be extended to a maximum of one week.
