Sleep well to live and perform better

On Thursday 15 January, the CST will host the national symposium ‘Sleep & Sport’, a day dedicated to the fundamental role that sleep plays in physical and mental health. The event will feature numerous seminars designed to offer practical advice and strategies for improving sleep quality. This will be followed by meetings and interviews with guests from the world of sport, who will share their experiences. A must-see event for athletes, professionals and anyone interested in discovering how better sleep can make a difference both on and off the field.
