The European Elite of Open-Water Swimming
On September 5 and 6, the CST will be the must-attend event for national and international open-water swimming. Lake Maggiore will host the Swiss Open-Water Swimming Championships as well as, for the first time in Switzerland, a leg of the European Aquatics Open Water Swimming Cup.
Among the expected competitors are Swiss swimmers Paul Niederberger and Christian Schreiber, who will face off against several big names on the international scene, including David Betlehem, Bettina Fabian, and Lisa Pou. This is a unique opportunity to see some of the sport’s best athletes up close and experience two intense days of competition on the shores of Lake Maggiore.
