Artistic and apparatus gymnastics
The Brere gymnasium at CST is equipped with fixed apparatus, perfect for practising artistic gymnastics. A further two triple gymnasia (Gottardo and Naviglio) are more than suitable for training in all the artistic gymnastics disciplines.
There is also a foam pit (in the Brere gym), which provides a soft landing when practising particularly complex technical manoeuvres, especially for the first time. The Canton Ticino Gymnastics Association uses the CST facilities as a centre for regional artistic gymnastics training.

CST has three triple sports halls, a double sports hall for artistic gymnastics, a multi-purpose sports hall and an athletics hall.
All sports facilities
The CST offers 180 different sports facilities, including two triple-section sports halls, a sports hall for artistic gymnastics, full-size football patches, a swimming pool and a diving pool, open-air and indoor athletics complex, weight-lifting rooms and a water sports centre.
