Rowing

Disciplina dell'arrampicata sportiva

Rowing is a discipline which combines dynamic movement with control of special craft. It is a classic team sport that can also be undertaken individually. Rowing clubs practise many specialisms, for which complex boats are used with crews of up to eight oarsmen. Rowing is a top-level competitive sport, but can also be enjoyed as a hobby or with the family.
It exercises almost all muscle groups, is not associated with the most common sporting injuries and has great health benefits. It helps develop endurance, strength, coordination and concentration, team spirit and the will to win. At the same time, it offers the chance to relax and get away from the daily grind.

Offering

Rowing sessions at CST take place on Lake Maggiore. Groups are advised to take at least three two-and-a-half-hour lessons over a period of a week to acquire the necessary basic skills.
The range of boats at CST also includes "liteboats". These are perfect for young people and adults alike. The new single sculls make rowing on Lake Maggiore even more fun. These stable and robust boats are incredibly versatile and are suitable for rowers of any level. CST's new sports rowing boats are also great for introducing beginners to the discipline.
A detailed weather forecast is displayed at the CST water sports facility.
