For centuries, dancing with a partner or in formation has been a social event, an opportunity to establish contact in a pleasant environment combining music and movement. Dance brings together body and mind or, in sports science terms, develops social, conditional and coordination skills.
As a discipline, dance embraces many different forms and styles of music, appealing to all tastes and ages. They range from international dance competitions (Latin and standard ballroom) to swing, salsa and even discofox and Argentine tango. In recent years, dance has embraced new "street" styles, such as hip hop.

Offering

CST has three triple gymnasia where dance sessions can be held. In addition, the squash gym, Y+S tent, entrance hall and gallery of the Naviglio building all provide smaller but perfectly adequate areas for dancing. Some types of formation dancing can be organized outdoors, under the portico of the Gottardo building. The halls feature built-in sound systems. If necessary, groups can contact Sisport Sagl to book qualified instructors.
