Jogging

Jogging is also known as endurance running and is generally practised as a leisure sport. The main aim of the activity is to improve the jogger's physical condition through leisurely endurance runs rather than faster, more intense activity. Jogging can be practised at your own pace and on different kinds of terrain.

Facilities
CST provides opportunities to practice this activity without restriction on the Finnish trail (a 1,000-metre circular course), the athletics track and around the edges of the various green open spaces (approx. 2 km). Joggers are also welcome to use the Centre's changing rooms.

CST is the starting point for three running trails promoted by Helsana.
