Fencing

Fencing is a combat sport performed with an épée, foil or sabre. It requires extreme concentration, endurance and willpower. Formerly a method of self-defence, fencing has developed into a competitive discipline. Fencing as we know it today has its origins in Spain, where a lightweight sword called a "colichemarde" was first used.
Fencing promotes agility, concentration and respect for your opponent.
