Table tennis

Table tennis is one of the world's most popular sports. It is like playing chess while running the hundred metres! In addition to a high level of concentration, it demands lightning-fast reactions. The ball can reach speeds of more than 60 mph, allowing the player a reaction time of between 0.07 and 0.25 seconds. Table tennis therefore requires the ability to concentrate, anticipate and react very quickly, as well as physical fitness and tactical skills.
