Diving
CST has a pool equipped with springboards of 1m and 3m, platforms of 1m, 3m, and 5m, 1m and 3m springboards for synchronized diving, and a ramp for acrobatic ski jumps. The CST is also equipped with all the necessary teaching materials to conduct any type of lesson (boards, floating mats, etc.).
Safety
Y+S courses must take place under the supervision of qualified and recognized Y+S instructors with a valid lifesaving qualification recognized by the the Swiss Lifesaving Association. Other courses must take place under the supervision of instructors with a lifesaving qualification. If necessary, groups can contact Sisport Sagl to book qualified instructors. The recommended minimum age to practice this discipline is 10 years.

The CST offers 180 different sports facilities, including two triple-section sports halls, a sports hall for artistic gymnastics, full-size football patches, a swimming pool and a diving pool, open-air and indoor athletics complex, weight-lifting rooms and a water sports centre.
