Orienteering
CST has three orienteering routes with fixed control points. Users can choose between a short, medium and long route. The control points are equipped with electronic punch systems. Recommended activity to better explore the CST area.
CST provides the badges to record the passage times at the control points, laminated maps with the route and a printer. Maps with no marked route are available for CHF 1.50 each. Outside users can also make use of the changing rooms.

Grass and synthetic pitches
CST has around twenty grass fields of various sizes and two synthetic fields, suitable for a wide range of sports and team games.
Sports Halls
CST has three triple sports halls, a double sports hall for artistic gymnastics, a multi-purpose sports hall and an athletics hall.
All sports facilities
The CST offers 180 different sports facilities, including two triple-section sports halls, a sports hall for artistic gymnastics, full-size football patches, a swimming pool and a diving pool, open-air and indoor athletics complex, weight-lifting rooms and a water sports centre.
