Freediving
CST has a 50-metre Olympic pool and another pool for non-swimmers ranging from 60 cm to 130 cm in depth. Both pools are ideal for introducing beginners to the discipline of freediving.
The diving pool, with a depth of four meters, allows for real deep-water dives. CST offers non-registered G+S courses the opportunity to carry out dives with scuba tanks.
Safety
Scuba diving is not a recognized Y+S sport and can therefore not be practised in the context of Y+S. Other courses must take place under the supervision of qualified instructors. Groups (with one instructor) are limited to a maximum of 10 people. If necessary, groups can contact Sisport Sagl to book qualified instructors. Sisport Sagl has the necessary equipment for scuba diving. The recommended minimum age to practice this discipline is 10 years.

Outdoor swimming pools
During the summer period, three swimming pools of different sizes and functionalities are available.
Indoor swimming pools
Two of the CST's three swimmng pools can also be used during the winter season thanks to a pressostatic dome.
All sports facilities
The CST offers 180 different sports facilities, including two triple-section sports halls, a sports hall for artistic gymnastics, full-size football patches, a swimming pool and a diving pool, open-air and indoor athletics complex, weight-lifting rooms and a water sports centre.
