The CST serves regional cuisine made with fresh, seasonal produce. Most of the fruit and vegetables come from local producers, and the meat is sourced from Switzerland.

Guests staying at the campsite can choose between full board in the CST canteen and self-catering. For groups that self-cater, the CST provides a fully equipped kitchen based on the number of participants.

The Gottardo lounge bar is the ideal place to refuel after some healthy exercise. Open every day, it offers Ticino specialities, homemade cakes, sandwiches, soft drinks and fresh fruit juices.

From April to October, CST guests can book a barbecue by the lake or at the grottino behind the Gottardo building.
